“Excellent service - driver promptly arrived to collect our car and the same when we arrived back home to Heathrow to collect the car.
The only negative thing to say was the initial telephone call made to the office to inform you we were 30 mins away from Heathrow - firstly I could not hear due to poor reception and the member of staff was quite rude and hung up on the conversation. We had to ring back for clarity.”
