“My car was picked up (at T2 Heathrow) and delivered back promptly. The car is subject to a ULEZ charge, and unfortunately, Park Giant had to move the car whilst I was away which incurred an additional ULEZ charge (I already paid for the to and from days charge). However, when I spoke with customer services at Park Giant, they immediately agreed to reimburse me for this charge (£12.50) and apologised for the inconvenience. At time of writing, I have yet to receive the payment, but I am confident that they will reimburse me.”
