“Tried to ring both numbers in the morning of departure but no answer after about 10 tries they finally answered.
On the way back the lady was rude and had to wait 45 minutes to get the car back. Would I use them again - definite no!”
“Easy drop off.
Slow collection. Other providfers in the same space at Heathrow T5 were coming an going with multiple staff bringing cars back to customers. When we arrived at the ParkGiant desk there was nobody there. Waited for 15 minutes and the car eventually arrived. Would have liked to have seen somebody manning the desk, so you at least knew what was going on. With the activity around all the other companies desks, ParkGiant felt like they were lacking staff to care for the cusomer. While we were waiting to collect our car, another customer had arrived to drop off their car, obviously couldn't because of the unmanned desk.
No issues with care of the car.”
“Car was clearly parked in a very muddy area given the state of my wheel arches which were caked with mud.
Rang them twice as requested and waited 26 minutes for my car to be delivered, despite no heavy traffic evident.
Also, mud all over one of the floor mats in rear passenger area, suggesting my vehicle was used to transport someone else in addition to driver and front passenger!”
