“Sadly I gave the car a quick glance when I picked it up in half light and keen to drive it away I did not notice a scuff which had been made whilst it was in their care. Always make sure you check your car thoroughly on pick up.”
“An excellent, helpful and polite service but the instructions for locating Level 4 for Meet & Greet are not clear. We tried unsuccessfully to find Level 4 above Level 3 but there is no direct access between the two levels. We ended up paying extra fees to exit from Level 3.”
