“Second time we have used them, excellent, chauffeur was waiting at Heathrow T3 for us, on the way back the car was delivered within 15 minutes. Polite guys, great service, cheap price”

On return to the UK, we had to wait a long time for the vehicle to appear despite ringing you twice, as instructed.
Someone had played around with our radio settings and put an Asian station on which is rather impolite and intrusive!”
“We broke down on the way to Heathrow, and had to abandon our car and get a taxi. I called Park Giant and explained the situation. Since being home I have contacted them (with the taxi receipt) and asked for a refund or a credit.
They have refused this - as we needed to give 48 hours notice.
As we had to abandon our car on the way to Heathrow - I'm not sure how we were meant to give 48 hours notice?
I appreciate there are T&C - but when you are a regular customer and have proof of your taxi - you do wonder why common sense can't be used. Perhaps a credit for a future booking would have been possible? We run a business and we use our common sense all the time.

“I would not recommend. Their communication is poor. On return/collection my car was damaged. I was advised to send an email with pictures and I'm still waiting a response, and a receipt for additional payment - emails aren't answered.”
