“The handing over was easy enough, level 4 at T5 section R/S.
The pick up part wasn't too bad either, just a bit of a wait, about 25 mins from baggage reclaim to picking up inside the car park.”

“Great service , was running a bit behind due to traffic , directed in clearly and concisely , unloaded and set off to terminal.Flew back earlier than predicted and into adifferent terminal , no problem at all they brought the car to me there and was out within 10 minutes . “The meet & greet system works but is somewhat complicated but for understandable reasons. The instructions for entering LHR T5's drop-off are broadly correct, but when arriving at the car park the signage is poor and it's very easy to enter the public car park and have to pay an extortionate fee for exiting straight away! At T5 keep to the left of the car park entry slip road all the way, don't go for any of the entry lanes on the right. This could be better explained in the instructions. Lastly, make sure you have the mobile you used to make the booking switched on so the driver meeting you at the drop off can contact you!”
