“All worked as planned. I had a meet and greet and forgot to ring in advance of arrival at the airport but driver was there within 15 m to meet us. I perhaps wont use that service again now as car went off site and its not ULEZ compliant as i needed to pay two lots of £12.50 ULEZ charge. Driver was with the car on return journey after i rang when the plane landed so no wait. Car undamaged so all good thanks”
“Very pleasant staff both on drop off and pick up at Heathrow Terminal 5. We followed the clear instructions for contact as detailed in our booking email and on the leaflet handed to us at drop off for the post-travel collection; on both legs we didn’t have to wait at all.
Only slight negative was arrival at the drop off point- although the instructions issued by Park Giant are clear, the Heathrow car park signage isn’t, which resulted in us getting in the wrong lane and having to pay £6 to exit the wrong car park a minute later. User beware…
I’d happily use Park Giant again and would recommend without hesitation.”

A very professional company. Car looked after, no damage, and only 12 miles on clock. So parked local and looked after. And really thats all we ask. Very very satisfying. Definitely recommend and definitely use again.”
