“After landing from the USA we called Park Giant at 0730 and went to level 3 short stay car park to wait. We ended up waiting until 10 a.m. - in a cold, windy car park with a seven year old. We made a total of 6 calls and were told the car was on its way. No fun and we won't be using Park Giant again.”
“Had made the necessary calls pre arrival but when we arrived at airport it appeared no one was there to meet us. We made several phone calls no one answered. We asked several people if they were there to meet us however no one was interested. Eventually a man who had been stood there for the ten minutes we were parked there came over and said he would deal with our car. Long wait on return.”
“Very efficient service. A little expensive though. On my return I received a £90 fine from the lovely ULEZ.
I didn't realise that Heathrow was within the zone. It would be an idea for Park Giant to include a warning to drivers outside of London that the charge was applicable. I realise it isn't their responsibility but it would help.”
“I booked this as I thought it would make things easier .. the staff weee very friendly , polite and helpful .. the only thing was we landed at 6.30 am after a 24 hr journey and we had four hours ahead of us .. I rang them as directed as soon as we landed but they didn’t get our car to us until gone 8am which was very disappointing.. extra time travelling that we really did it need . I would presume they know what flights are coming in and what time they arrive so to have to wait for over an hour was not really ideal . Other than this the service was good”
“A very useful service, they were very prompt in picking up car and getting it back. I even flew into a different terminal. No problem. The only slight constraint is - you only have 15 mins allowable parking at either end which is a bit stressful as everyone has to coincide. Worked fine though as long as you comply with phoning, and you can’t blame the company for that as airport parking so expensive.”
