“Everything fine at deop off and handover, problem was when came to pick up, the car had a dent in the offside bodywork when returned.
Fair play to the delivery driver he did all the things you would expect, took a photo, gave me a Customer Care ! Email and said it wasnt hom and disappeared.
Emailed relevant stuff to Customer Care, rang them (twice, no reply) but still nothing.
As ever photographs and films before handover to this company, and time taken to acknowledge/do something sbout the damage will determine end review but at present things are not good.”
“Use Heathrow T2 loads and always meet and greet, I have used various operators and they all say call 30 mins before but they have a desk that is attended, this time used park giant for a change and found there is no desk, I should have rang before in fairness, but was advised to wait with car 30 mins, or leave key in car! which clearly is far from ideal, I was running late so opted for this and they called to confirm car was received, on return i specified 9PM arrival, again they state call 30 mins before, and I was then aware there is no desk, I rang the second I landed, but I was at a very close gate to the terminal, there were zero passengers at the e passport gate, and I had hand luggage only, so I was 10 mins from plane to carpark! then had to wait a further 20mins for the car to arrive, If you fly hand luggage only and get lucky with passport control its impossible to call 30 mins before, again no such issue with the other operators, I would say its so much easier just to park the car in the carpark so at least when you return you can get straight on the road, I then hit motorway closures due to this 20 min delay making my evening longer, It is all in their terms and conditions and they are not doing anyting not agreed, I guess if you call before hand like you are supposed to, and you are awaiting luggage its ok, but its not for me, I will use one of the other 2 or 3 meet and greet providers next time”
