“Good comms, friendly staff, prompt pick up and delivery of my car.
The negatives - for reasons I can't begin to understand the driver decided to overwrite my seat memory settings, so instead of just pressing memory 1 and it all going back to normal - it changed to the settings for a much shorter person.
No issue with them changing the seat position as we need them to drive safely, but they did not need to save the settings.”
“The instructions were clear and the telephone operators helpful. The operative was polite and came quickly to pick up the car, and drop it back at the correct time. I would recommend them !”
“Slightly abrupt on the phone, however I can ignore that, as I turned up and quite literally took the bags out of the car and they took it and then upon return only had to wait 10 minutes for the car to arrive (bags came fast!).
Price was great for nearly 3 weeks.
Just one point for sensitive people, there is a slight possibility that your vehicle could end up in an accident!
We all take our chances using a company like this, just deal with it, if you can’t, take a mortgage out for parking at the airport!

“After landing from the USA we called Park Giant at 0730 and went to level 3 short stay car park to wait. We ended up waiting until 10 a.m. - in a cold, windy car park with a seven year old. We made a total of 6 calls and were told the car was on its way. No fun and we won't be using Park Giant again.”
