“Overall, Park Giant was fine, and they were the best value meet and greet option for our trip. However, we had some issues with the drop off with the staff being unclear and less than helpful. Then we were waiting for half an hour on our return for the car to be dropped off despite calling when we landed and again when we had our luggage as they requested in the instructions. I can see from other reviews that this is quite a common issue.
Having used other providers in the past I’m not sure I’d use Park Giant again although the car was returned in perfect condition so I can’t fault them for that but the meet and greet aspect needs improvement.”

Only one downside.. the directions weren't great for drop off. We've dropped off to this area many times but the description they provided seemed clunky and confusing. A tweek required”
