“Good service when we arrived at Heathrow. There was some confusion when we came to collect our car as there is work going on in the car park and it was not clear where our car would be brought to. Overall a good service.”
“Dropping the car at Heathrow was a little confusing because many companies are doing the same thing at the same point in the car park so it is busy and it was not clear how to find APH. Fortunately, one of the other companies' representatives helped out, I guess they got the same question a lot and, after a while, the pickup agent arrived, provided collection instructions and took the car.
On return, the collection instructions worked well and despite the frankly appalling time that Heathrow took to get our luggage on the belt, (100 minutes from deboarding the plane), our car was ready and there were no additional charges despite the extended wait time.
Overall really happy with the value and service with four stars selected because I feel that the drop-off instructions could be improved.

“Directions and arrival information was good, BUT there was no one waiting for us. I think the prices of the car park mean they have limited time to wait in the car park, but we were a bit nervous arriving with no one to meet us. However, they soon arrived and the car was there upon our return. Good value.”
“My experience with park giant was first class. Driver waiting for us as we arrived at Heathrow T2 short stay and car arrived about 5 minutes after we got to car park on way home despite our flight being early and our luggage coming out virtually first. Courteous in person and on phone.”
