“Not great. Collect car at 5am from short stay car park. Car had a flat tyre. Staff must have known as they'd just driven it.
Then try and find a garage at 5am with a flat tyre. Not great service.”
“Park Giant ask you to give plenty of notice before the meet and we followed the instructions, as asked. On departure, we still had a 15min wait for a driver to arrive to collect the car and on arrival we had a 25min wait for our car to be returned. This defeats the object of meet and greet, as it would have been the same amount of time as a park and ride. Other companies had people waiting or a desk at the bay ready to collect the car instantly.
The car was returned in the same condition, so they are a trustworthy company. I would recommend if you do not mind the wait.”
