“Very efficient. Easy drop off and when we returned, not only were we later than anticipated we were at a different terminal. Neither of these caused any problem. In fact the driver phoned us and advised that there had been a problem at the barriers and told us where to meet him to reduce our waiting time. Very good service”
“No issues as such. Make sure to call them well before reaching airport. I forgot as I was driving to airport early morning when M25 was shut down for the first time, and ended up paying the airport parking fee in addition.”
“Booking process and arrival at Heathrow were as expected and straightforward. On return a little issue, made the first call on landing and then the 2 call when through arrivals. We were told the car was on level 4 Row T waiting for us. Rushed up so as not to incur any extra charges but the car was not there. Mentioned to one of the meet n greet and he said 2 mins. Waited another 10 minutes and called again. They said the car would be there in 10 minutes. It arrived 15 minutes later. Wouldnt have minded the delay so much had they been honest in the first place.”
“Just really slow. 15-20 minutes waiting on arrival and 30 minutes on the return despite following the procedure and calling on landing and baggage collection.”
