“Drop off was simple and straightforward. Called about 30 minutes before arrival and they confirmed the procedure, where to go to etc. On arrival back at Heathrow, called when landed and again after luggage collection. Went to pickup point. Waited about 10 minutes for the car to be brought back. Very good service for a good price. Would use again”
