“This is an excellent service. I had to change my departure date at fairly short notice. I couldn't do this on line due to the time frame, so I sent an email fairly late at night, and then telephoned as soon as the telephone lines opened in the morning. The receptionist had already dealt with my email request when I got through. Apart from having to make a couple of phone calls to give PGH our ETA, the service was seamless - we parked the car in the short stay carpark, handed over the keys and were in the terminal in minutes. On our return our baggage was delayed and we were a couple of hours late to collect the car - PGH kept in touch by phone, and again, the service was seamless.
