“The value was good, however upon arrival we called and then called once we’d collected our baggage (as per the instructions given) after this our car then took an hour to make it to the car park, despite being told it would be 5 minutes as it had already been dispatched. There was little to no communication during this time, and it was extremely hard to receive an answer as to where our car was. Cheaper than other options, but if you want a quick getaway from the airport after your flight I wouldn’t reccomend.”
“Absolutely shocking experience, after getting off an over night flight, rung to advise landed, when I was then outside at terminal 3 rung again and was told to go to terminal 5, when I challenged this the person shouted at me hung the phone up on me every time I called back and was rude, ended up having to get the train to terminal 5. will never use this company again or recommend them, treatment towards me, and their behaviour was disgusting!”
“Worked perfectly for early morning departure from LHR T3. Phone ahead of arrival picked up immediately, and paperwork and handover very quick and efficient. Same on the way back in the evening, calls answered immediately and car delivered within short time. Very happy with the service.”
