“Car was returned a bit later than promised. The was a small crack in the windscreen which wasn't there when dropped off. This was pointed out to the driver who took a photo (photos were also taken at drop-off and no cmment was made about damage). I was told to take my own photo and send to customer care. Have done this and had no response.”
“Impressive service- they rang me to check I was on way- just before I was about to call. I was able to check the car was parked where it should be on my tracker and it was. Car was delivered within 15 mins. No damage issues and mileage was exactly what it should be. I like the 2 call system too- one when you land and 2nd when you have got your luggage. I will use again.”
“Instructions were clear and easy to follow but when we arrived there was no signs for Park Giant and no obvious agent looking for us. I had to ring to be directed to a random guy in a hi viz.
When we arrived home we followed the instructions to the letter. We were told our car was ready and waiting for us so we rushed to the checkpoint.
No sign of my car. Rang up after hunting high and low and was told it was 10 mins away. Not sure why we weren't told that originally.”
