“It took a little while to find the right person at the car park and this was a little confusing but once we found them everything was sorted quickly. On return we made the two phone calls as requested and only had to wait a few minutes for the car.”

“Despite calling to let the staff know that we were 30 mins away, as requested, we still had to wait 20 mins for departure and 30 mins in arrival for the staff to collect and return our car, respectively. This is no meet and greet. We had a toddler with us and waiting for that long is not acceptable. We won't be recommending the service to anyone nor using it again.”
