“Drop off on outbound flight was very easy.
On return although we were at our vehicle it took a few minutes for their representative to come to us and when exiting the car park barrier we had to pay - but it was only £ 3 or £ 4. We had phoned them when we had our luggage and went straight to the car park so there was no delay on our part.”

Waited nearly an hour on return - excuses were a ‘broken down coach blocking the road’ and ‘heavy traffic’.
More likely not enough staff to cope with demand.”
“Good service on arrival. No issues.
However on return we waited approximately 1 hour for the car due to issues with the tunnel to Terminals 2&3 being blocked by traffic. I understand this is beyond their control but communication was very poor despite me calling them a number of times.
Staff who we interacted with at the airport were extremely pleasant.”
“I specifically informed both the person who received my key at the drop off and the person I called to arrange to collect the car that I expected I had a slow puncture on the car which happened on my journey to the airport. The car arrived with the tire basically flat, with the attendant saying that it wasn't like that when he collected it.
There needs to be a better procedure to deal with these issues which can happen very easily.”
“Great service, it is seamless. When you call, you always get someone on the phone straight away. The driver was ready when I arrived at Heathrow and was very friendly. When I came back from my trip, I phoned and my car arrived at the right time. I am happy with the entire experience.”
