“Generally good service but 2 bits of information could have been clearer -
1 - On arrival to drop my car off, having phoned twice as requested, nobody told me I had to ring a third time once I had parked my car.
2 - On return, the lift directions to get from Arrivals to the car park are not comprehensive enough and miss out one stage of the journey”
“On the plus side Park Gaint are excellent value for money. On the downside, they do not have a desk at the car park, so you just ring 30 minutes before you arrive, then park in row R or S on level 4 and someone turns up. Our car had 8 miles extra on the clock, so obviously they drove it 4 miles to park it somewhere. On return we were instructed to call twice; first when we got off the plane and again when we collected our bags, which we did. But it seems they do not retrieve your car until the second call, so we ended up waiting about 10 minutes in a cold car park for the car to appear having just got back from a very hot country. I guess that is the price of taking the cheaper option. Could be better, but the handover leaving and returning was simple and the staff were polite.”
“Use different meet & greet companies in Heathrow T5 before. This is by far the best. Clear instructions, professional staff, parked right next to lifts in multi-storey car park and staff was waiting to greet us. Everything was smooth and car return clean and on time. Thank you for making our family holiday more wonderful !”
