“Good service and clear instructions. Upon arrival I called x2 as instructed. Advised that driver on his way and will need up to 20 min. Arrived at 20 min, we had to wait a bit.
Also, we missed our connection flight and arrived the next day. I was asked to pay extra 20 pounds in cash due to extra day. No cards accepted. I had to withdraw money from the airport machines. I paid the driver but no receipt. He suggested the company will email one. 24 hrs later no receipt yet. I would advise them to have a receipt ready and give it to the driver, as well as arrnage option for card payment.”
