“Really effecient service. We were met at drop-off and were on our way in minutes. On pick-up, we had a short wait of 5 minutes or so (within the expected timeframe), and again, we were on our way in minutes. The car was returned just as we left it (in need of a wash!). Great service - would recommend.
In fact - there's an idea for you APH. Why not offer a car wash/valet service at an additional cost so your car is nice and clean on return!”
“Reliable until we came to short stay car park on our return to find that they were running late. Told they would take 15 mins but actually took over 30. They paid for parking though unlike some companies who expect customers to pay for the short stay parking ticket themselves”
“After having a terrible experience with another meet and greet company I had decided not to use it again however, due to a tight cash situation, I gave one last chance and, to my surprise, the service was excellent. Promptly collection and delivery, friendly people and the car (and fuel) exactly as it was when collected. “I've used these a number of times now and the process is pretty seamless. The only issue is how long it takes them to bring the car after you land. First few times I rushed to the car park without going to the bathroom or getting a coffee. I don't do that any more!!!”
