“Overall good. Efficient service , car looked after and returned promptly.
The staff do seem to expect that you know what you’re doing and being a first timer to this particular service - it was new, so didn’t appreciate being bellowed at at 4am on arrival that we had called the wrong number to let them know we were parking. Also sat nav address provided was wrong.
So on this occasion as a long standing customer I’d say it was great facilities but impatient and intolerant staff that let it down”
