“I have noticed that my car was used for personal use on 7th October and big and dirty foot prints on rear car mates.
It was supossed to be in secure and locked place until I collected .”
“Drop-off at Level 4 of the carpark was straightforward & didn't take long, but had to wait 20 minutes for my car on arrival back at the carpark, even though I called twice from the terminal as instructed.
From looking at the mileometer, the cars appear to be parked about 4 miles away(8 miles added to mileage on pick up), so call PARK GIANT asap when you land, to avoid unnecessary waiting. For convenience(& price) would use again , having used it twice.”
“These guys are great. Arrival instructions were easy to follow. Proper handover of the car with a printed receipt for collection.
On the return we missed our connection and were 5 hours late collecting the car. I was only able to email them when we knew we would be late as i had no phone signal but we followed to collection instructions anyway and there were no issues at all.
Also no significant extra mileage on the car so clearly parked relatively locally.
Will definitely use Park Giant again.”
“Used many times and always a pretty good service. Two small frustrations, firstly, they don't use paper floor mats to protect from dirt in the winter, secondly, they don't use the memory seat function to return to the driver setting.”
“I’m sure my car was used as while I was away as navigation map showed a trip to Salisbury? from Heathrow definitely not me , also there was lose change missing which I kept in the glove compartment so not happy”
