“Drop off was fine, pickup not so much.
Texted upon landing and ‘called twice’ at security as advised, however, sat waiting at greeting location for 30mins - no show. Called again, was advised ‘leaving now’, further 15mins called again advised ‘driver on the way 7mins’. Still no show further 15mins, called and told ‘wrong key/car’ and sent driver to collect us and return to compound to pick up car: 10miles in wrong direction….. Not exactly meet and greet, plus the delay.
Landed 6:40, in our car 8:55”
