Took a bit of a leap, they were the cheapest and we have never parked at Heathrow before so didn't really know much about it. The service was fantastic, on time and amazing value compared to any others. I messed up and booked a day short, they sorted it quickly, just asking for £20. Car came back in great condition, well recommended”
“Really poor experience with park giant meet and greet at Heathrow airport. Hard to contact, would have to ring multiple times before getting through, man on the end of the phone was always short and cold, acting like me calling (which they specify you do) was an inconvenience for him. They were late to meet us at the airport, we waited the almost full 15 min window and we had to call to chase. On return, they said they would be 15 mins and we would need to pay if we were late, we rushed through only to stand waiting in the car park for 45 mins waiting for our car. On calling they said they were stuck in traffic, 45 mins of traffic on a 15 min journey doesn’t quite add up, we also spoke to other cars coming in and they had no issues with traffic. Would not use again and would not recommend”
