“Efficient service. There was somebody waiting when we dropped the car - he was friendly & professional. Phone calls on arrival were handled well too, and some 15min after the second call (after we collected baggage) the car was delivered to us. Will use again”
“On arrival at Heathrow we did not have to wait long for the driver to take receipt of our car. On return we made the 2 phone calls as instructed and then waited approx. 20/25 mins for the driver to return the car, little longer than I would have expected given the fact that you have to make 2 calls to them, 1 on landing, 1 once baggage collected. Pricing was good and would use them again”
