“Read the instructions of arrival clearly and take your time when entering Heathrow and it’s like a maze. They answered the phone quickly and car was collected and returned on time with no problems.”

Little concernerned when the car stayed on google maps for two weeks still in the car park.
Collection was good and I would look to use this service again, for people with limted mobility this is easier than other airport parking.”
“Initial problems the company rang me twice as we were 20 minutes after the arrival time. Quite a rush to get things out of car and ensure you have everything. Problem on return I called the number given on landing went to answerphone so I left a message. whilst waiting for lugguage I called again to make sure they had received the call, they had not! they told me to call again once luggage collected, again went to answerphone so message left. We were waiting in carpark for 20 minutes so I called again. They said they did not take answerphone messages, so why have the facility? so had to wait for further 20 minutes for car to arrive. Need to make it clear you must not leave message but speak to an operator”
“My last trip flew out of Heathrow T3 and returned to T5. I took my car to T3 and Park Giant very conveniently brought my car back to T5 thus saving me travelling between terminals. Very helpful.”
