“It’s a great value for money I got last time . The only problem is the postcode mentioned on email , it doesn’t take you there , I am sure you guys are aware but it’s a struggle for first timer . It really needs to be sorted.”
“You should guive more specific instrution about where to wait for bus when returning from T3. I was waiting for a bus to turn into the inner layby. But it stopped on the road. THere is a lot of traffic. It would have been easy to fail to see your bus. ALSO for first timers arriving at your car park, those lights are very bright and it is difficult to read those very small and unhighlighted the instructions to just press the button. I assumed it was a scanner and only after trying to scan your confirmation email did I discover it was just a button.”
“Our booking and arrival, and transfer to the airport were uncomplicated. Our flights were delayed on the way back, and my email was acknowledged during the flight. I called when we had collected our baggage and told not to worry, just to turn up. My only thought would be that a technology solution to comms would have been helpful rather than telephony - I only had data abroad, and if I could have pinged you through WhatsApp or another solution that would have been ideal.”
