“Paid for park your own vehicle (paid extra). When I arrived I went to book in, after being asked for my key I explained what I booked, the woman behind the counter said no one does that and was very rude. Didn’t have time to argue my point so had to leave my key. Won’t use again”
“When we returned from holiday the bus was late. There were insufficient seats. My wife and another woman sat on the front seat for one. When I collected the car somebody had put a radio station that I have never listened to on which suggests the car has been taken away to another possible insecure site.”
“I cannot fault the process, you arrive, drop your keys off and catch the bus to the airport.
Then when you return go to the bus stop location and get taken back and pick your keys back up and leave.
What I wasn’t happy with was that when the car was moved six miles away and when I landed at my destination I had a notification that the car was unlocked more than two hours after it was left.
This also happened on the day of the pick up where the car was unlocked but had not moved for a few hours.”
