“Car park was easy to find, check-in and transfer to airport were excellent.
However, the return journey from T2 was poor. We waited for around an hour at the bus stop and a fellow customer called Maple Parking to complain. Traffic was bad and it was the end of the school half term - which is out of the company's control - but the waiting + transfer time from T2 back to Maple was around an hour and a half, much longer than expected. Three Maple mini-buses drove past during our wait, servicing T3 only. When we got back to the car park, check-out was very efficient and it was easy to find my car.
I would give Maple Parking 5 stars, if it weren't for the delays on the return journey.”
