“The location is convenient and the buses, unlike purple parking, only picked up and dropped off at T2 and T3 which are close to each other -so transfer time was about 15 mins. Car was there ready to get straight on and get on our way. Waited no more than 10 mins for a bus on our return trip and going out the bus was ready and waiting and set off once we got on.”
“Low frequency of buses. The bus stop that is used for pick up does not mention Maple Parking, so slightly unnerving. The instructions on the email confirmation from APH does not match the Maple instructions on the card received at drop off which caused confusion.”
“I've always used Maple park and ride whenever I travel and everything has always been as fine. This time though, the car was very dirty inside and out. Muddy footprints inside the car which has never happened before. I'm hoping this was just an anomaly.”

“The process was easy! Drop car off and go. Which was great. However we got back to the car, no damage on the car, but it had an extra 15 miles on the clock. The car is a hybrid we made sure to have 50% electric left in the car so we could travel home. When we turned on the car there was 0%. We had only gone 3 days - the car is brand new no reason it should have drained. We were in a rush to get home due to the time so we left - once leaving we realised we couldn’t raise a complaint so it was okay but leave your car at your own risk.”
