“The check-in and the transfers to and from Terminal 3 were very good. I would have given 5* had it not been for collecting the car. We were told where it was, but found the car was blocked in, so I had to go back to the office and then wait for a car to be moved. NOT what I wanted after a 13 hour journey and 3 hours drive home to come.”

“Service on arrival and when picking up my car was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately it took us along time to find the site, we hadn't the companies directions at hand so used the post code which got us lost. I have given 4 stars and not 5 as we seemed to have to wait ages in the pouring rain for the but to pick us up.”
