“The arrangements were excellent. Staff were present at the desk as expected and the check-in was friendly, helpful and speedy. The pick-up was just as good. My only negative comment is for the directions and instructions issued by APH themselves - they are lengthy and cover all Heathrow terminals for directions and guidance and so are over-complicated. Could they be tailored more to the customers using each different terminal please?”
