“The paperwork we received directed us to the wrong floor of the short stay car park and we had to pay a fee entering an incorrect area. The drop was easy once we found the right desk. Car return was prompt. Phoned from the luggage collection and had about a ten minute wait for the car to arrive. The car stank of cigarette smoke which was not appreciated as a family of non-smokers. Easy enough but could do much better.”
“Very complicated to find the meet and greet at terminal 5. We followed the instructions to the letter and met up with the MBW rep as planned and left the car with him. When we got home, 2 weeks later we found a demand from APCOA Parking for £80 for "Use of drop off zone without making valid payment". I contacted MBW and spoke to a lady who was not interested in our problem and infuriated me so much that I had to put the phone down. I will never use meet and greet again. The staff collecting and returning the car were excellent.”
