“You let yourselves down right at the end. Pick up fine. Car condition fine. When we collected the car (we rang as soon as we had our luggage, as requested). We were told the car had all ready been collected and was in the pick up area (?). We were told by the representative when we arrived at the car park (directly) we had 10 mins to leave. We went straight away, got to the barrier and were stung with an additional charge of over £6. We were told we had exceeded to free period (not surprising on reflection if our car was already on site when we rang from baggage claim). Stick to the process pls, or reduce your price and tell people they’ll have to pay on exit.”

“Their service is adequate. I loved that they offered to clean my car while I was away and thought the price was ok (£30 for hand was & dey, vacuuming, windows dash wiped etc.). Only drawback was that I had to wait 35 mins before my car arrived after my trip. First time I’ve used a meet and greet service when my car wasn’t waiting for me. - found this really annoying.”
“Would highly recommend! Made our early morning departure flight with 18 month old a lot easier.
On arrival, followed instruction and waited ~5 minutes for car to arrive. I paid to have a valet so my car was crystal clear.

“Seamless transfer of my car. Just a 10 minute wait at the end of my holiday for my car to be delivered. My car arrived in good condition and the recorded milage was 6 miles, 3 miles each way to and from the parking location. Happy with service.”
