“Very happy with the service. Even had a last minute change due to British Airways cancelling my flight. This wasn't a problem and was met at a different terminal at a later time for a small admin fee.”
“Some issues going out. The car park barrier didnt recognise the car so i got a ticket by contacting the operator. This was not good enough for MBW who wanted me to pay for parking! Not really helpful in sorting this out. Also their conditions specify you are not to leave property in the car. I have always left stuff in the car at manchester without issue - this needs to be flagged in the terms and conditions on booking. However on return everything went very smoothly and the driver was efficient and helpful.”
“This worked really smoothly, they were expecting us, checked our details, corrected the fact I'd put our arrival time 12 hours out (oops) without a question. On the way back they phoned as I was approaching passport control and the car was there as we got back to the collection point.”
