“Excellent service. I'm a wheelchair user and the member of staff greeting me readily assisted me in getting my luggage out of my vehicle onto a trolley and into the terminal. Then on the way back I was delayed by over an hour getting off the plane and recovering my luggage but wasn't charged any extra which was a great relief. Top tip keep them informed if you are experiencing any delays and I found them very receptive.”
