“APH meet and greet service at Heathrow T5 is operated by MBW and on this occasion provided a first class service. Probably the best I have experienced at any Heathrow terminal.”
“We had a little difficulty finding the way in, instructions need to be very precise in the split second time you get to make driving decsions around busy airports.
But the hand over process was smooth, the hand over guy was good both going and coming back. The car was waiting on return. We did lose about 30 miles from our electric range which meant our carefully calbrated return journey didnt work and we needed to recharge, but i did discover you can get them to recharge while away which i would do next time.
Now we know the ropes will use again, very convenient and saves waiting around for buses and not much more than offsite for us.”
“Terrible setup. We rang half an hour beforehand as directed and were told to drive to “meet and greet” which is clearly signposted on entrance at level 1 (not level 4 which is where I should have been directed to).
Obviously level 1 has a barrier to go through and is therefore ticketed. Once we established we were in the wrong place, we were expected then to pay £21 there and then for our error!
On route back, had to wait 40 mins for them to collect my car and bring it back despite having all relevant flight numbers, dates and times.. keys should have been brought over with my car at the expected time, terrible system and costly, will never use again!!”
