“The process works very well. The location was easy to find. Although it was very busy we didn't have to wait long to book the car in and be on our way. Similarly on our return we were called as soon as our flight landed and we didn't have to wait long before our car was driven up to the meeting point which was great after a long haul flight. “An overall a good experience that left a nasty aftertaste. Having booked and paid in full months in advance for what I believed was an all inclusive service, I was less than impressed when I was told that I had to pay an on the spot £8 entry ticket into the drop off point at heathrow. Collection was smooth and everything was in order with the car having covered an additional 16 miles. As experienced with other parking services, for some reason the drivers like to adjust the seats and mirrors etc and press the memory function......why?.”
