“Followed instructions to go to 4th Floor at Terminal 2 short term parking but it was not clear we had to go to booking station to report our arrival but found it by high vis jacket.
On return was surprised to get a phone call just as we collected our luggage however when we arrived at 4th floor we were greated and loaded our car, drove out of the parking no problem.

Collecting was an issue.
We called at baggage. It took around 25 mins to reach you. However, we waited a further 20 mins in the level 4 lobby which isn't a great place to wait. So in total the car took 45 mins to be returned.
You're staff couldn't give us any indication of how long it would be and we were told we just had to wait.
I honestly don't know how you can improve the process beyond giving accurate updates as to how far you are away.”
