“I have used APH for some years now. Due to Global IT Outage on 19 July 2024, my flight was cancelled hence my parking needed to be rescheduled to alternative flight date/time to 21 July 2024. I incurred cost of £25 charged by MBW for the change. APH were not helpful to support me out of hours or over the weekend knowing their customers would have been impacted. Exceptional circumstances such as this requires APH to show duty of care and consideration to review bookings made on or around the time of this outage, with whom I made the booking and not with 3rd party companies that APH appoint. It is disappointing that I am out of pocket and APH take no responsibility. This was not the case were I made the change but due to circumstances beyond my control. For APH to give me cold shoulder and expect me to do the leg work is totally not acceptable - its a goodbye from this customer and will never promote APH to family and friends.
