“The arrival and drop-off process was fine.
However, the collection process was appalling. The processes applied for collecting the post-midnight collection (as our flight was delayed by 3.5 hours) fell a long way short of acceptabe (let alone best) practice. This included being asked for an email address (to send a receipt), which we then witnessed the APH representative tear up and throw in the bin. At this time we have still not received a receipt.
We will not be using this service in the future - and would definitely not recommend it to others”
“everything was fine though I did not fully grasp the instructions for entry to the car park.
As it was I took an incorrect turn at terminal 5 and ad a result have been fined £40 for (accidentally) entering the drop off zone while I made my way around again”

Easy instructions to follow and to dropoff car, very friendly staff greeting and helpful.
Collection was the same very helpful staff and easy from terminal 2 to collection point.
APH called me to confirm car is ready for collection, even before i had collected my cases.
Recommend this service, absolute no brainer as it takes away hassle of parking adn worries

“Service is subbed out by APH to operator MBW who I've used a few times over the the years, sometimes direct sometimes via APH.
Reliable and easy enough, drop-off only took a few minutes and car was returned within promised 15 minutes of call once we had our luggage.
Can't ask for much more than that, would use again”
