“Easy enough to use, look for the APH desk which is actually MPW Parking.
Slightly unhelpful guy at the drop off (think he was trying to have a laugh but it didn't work very well) but excellent service when we needed to extend short notice due to flight cancellation, easy collection on return and issue with card machine sorted promptly by driver.”
“Used this service several times and I have never had an issue. Driver is either waiting or not far away to pick car up and the longest I waited to pick car up was about 10 mins but that was ok. Will use again”
“Vehicle was damaged and still awaiting a call, this was sub contracted out, sub contractor damaged car and wants 5-7 days to come back to me, shocking will never use or recommend please stay away”

Managed to follow signs to meet and greet on first floor in error and charged £17 parking fee once we found the right place on floor four ( apparently meet and greet is not the same as drop off - too confusing at 5am !)”
“Having used APH on numerous occasions previously i was very diappointed with the service from MBW. Specifically being charged an additional fee of £7.50 on arrival 10 minutes late at Heathrow airport which is situated around the busy M25 first thing in the morning and then on arrival back from holiday at heathrow we had to wait over 15 mins for the car to arrive. It did not feel like the professional level of service or customer interaction we are used to from APH.”
