“We were told the car would be returned in 15/20 mins, It took 35 mins. There did not seem to be a representative at reception in T3 short stay. The driver delvering the car did not have a car park exit ticket to give and wasted even more time searching for one. Overall a frustrating experience.”
“What a great service. Guys were friendly at the desk both at start and finish. Followed clear instructions on receipt when we landed at end of holiday. Email offered valet/detailing while we were away. Car in good nick afterwards. Couldn't be happier with proximity of Level 4 short stay Heathrow T5 - airport were working on lifts but not APHs fault. Will definitely use again. 1st rate.”
“The parking arrangements worked really well. We arrived and handed over our keys within a few minutes, and were on our way! Then on the way back, we called once we had collected our luggage, and our car was brought back about 10 minutes after we arrived at the car park. All in all, a great service, thank you.”
