“I called the number from the baggage reclaim and went to answer phone, I waited 20 minutes then called again i was called back to say they coudl not listen to my message so the car was still not collected i had to wait a further 25 minutes which was unacceptable.
I have used APH previously and this is the longest i have had to wait.

“They were very good in picking up and delivering the car! Unfortunately the car must have been under a tree as the car was covered in bird poop!! Luckily no paint damage, but not good! Did think that their idea of a valet was good but prices were steep!”
