“The instructions to find the Aph staff and desk where not clear nor conclusive. The staff were not forward nor projected confidence in knowing what to do. The desk was a dirty dishevelled box mostly labelled MBW.

Coming back everytjing was done so smooth and the cleaning of the vehicle I booked was done impeccably.

“Have always used APH but never from Heathrow and not a Meet and Greet service.
As expected, just as good always, drop off was easy, other drivers with other parking seemed to be having issues with tickets and parking.
Return was even easier, followed the instructions and vehicle and keys were ready and waiting, other drivers thought I had some sort of special treatment while they had been waiting for a while.
Biggest issue is the Heathrow car park lifts to actually get to the APH desk but they have no control over them. Will certainly carry on using APH from whatever airport I am travelling from.”
“Called as requested 30mins prior, got to Heathrow at designated location.. 45 mins later I was met, without apology..
Note. This was not APH, but another company APH must have subcontracted to ..
Have used APH many times at Gatwick without incident and service exceptional .. Will not be using again for Heathrow!!!!!”
