“We always use aph and they are great when parking at Gatwick.
November 24 we had two trips from Heathrow. The meet and Greet service was subcontractors to another company.
On 1st trip 2/11/24 when I called prior to arrival I was told they were not ready for us, and to drive slower or do a Lap!
On the 2nd trip we arrived 20 minutes early (no traffic hold ups)
When we handed the car over we were told we had to pay more for the earlier drop off. This was a further £7.50
I am surprised and disappointed with these 2 experiences.
Whilst I understand ypu should pay more if you're late in picking the car up.
But more for dropping it off 20 minutes early.
When reliant of traffic and motorways it very difficult to get to the carpark on the minute of the hour you have booked.
I would seriously consider other options when flying fom Heathrow in future.”
“Drop off process was quick and easy, helpful call received whilst enroute to the airport to provide directions to the drop off point.
Car valet was good value for money and car was delivered back very quickly.
Only negative point was the time taken to release the keys back to me and provide an exit ticket. This took far too long and was not appreciated after a long haul overnight flight”
