“I was really impressed with the drop off and the communications etc before.
But it was the opposite when we arrived back to collect our car. We followed the directions provided in the email calling on landing and in baggage hall but we still ended up waiting about 15 minutes and then the car was not delivered to the meeting point but to a different location so we had to cart all our luggage there instead which was annoying. It’s a shame about the arrival experience as everything was so smooth with drop off.”
“Drop off was fine, operator called in advance and location easy to find. on the return car was not ready, operator blamed me for a wrong flight number, had to wait 40 minutes as he said he had other priorities. There was a discrepancy between the flight number and the pick up time, but the time to question that is not when a client is already over an hour late because of a delayed flight.. The operator called me four times to try and make his point and say it wasn't his fault which is not the way to adhere yourself to an already tired and annoyed customer.”
