“Used the same/similar service before and was shocked to find out that there were additional charges to pay when i pulled up inside the terminal. You now have to pay additional exit fees (£7.50 x 2) which really should be included within the cost of the parking as it feels like you are paying twice for the same service. The rep there stated that tis changeed in january and was within the T&C's. It might be, but it just felt wrong.”

“When I arrived at Heathrow T5 I did as instructed. I phoned Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet at 15.42 when I landed. I phoned them again at 16.07 after I had collected my luggage. I went level 4, row S, Short Term Car park. It took approximately 20 minutes before my car drove into the car park. It wasn't waiting for me. I won't be using their Services again.”
“Whilst booking the parking space, the website clearly stated no additional charges. However we were charged additionally both on drop off and pick up of the car at Heathrow Airport. Although the service was satisfactory, I would not recommend them as pricing policy is untrustworthy.”

“Basic service was fine but shocked that we had to pay an extra £15 to get into the car park and another £15 to get out! We have been using meet & greet services at LHR and LGW for years and never been hit with hidden charges before. The quoted price should be the price you pay.”
