“The procedure was nothing like Purple Parking at Manchester that we have used many times and recommended to others.
We were a little late arriving at LHR and were told by phone to drive to a remote location near Bath Road to pick up a guy and drive him to the drop off at LHR. He was difficult to find as we were not familiar with the area at all. After we located him, who was just a chap in a high vis jacket on the side of the road, he jumped into the rear seat of our car and guided us to the airport drop off. We then offloaded our bags and he left with our car. The chap could have been anyone! No ID, no paperwork, nothing!!
