“I had a very poor experience with Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet. The service was extremely unprofessional from start to finish.
On arrival, communication was a mess — my calls were repeatedly hung up, making it difficult to coordinate the drop-off. Instead of a straightforward airport handover, I was told to meet the driver at a random garage, which felt disorganised and inconvenient.
To make matters worse, I was then asked to pay the airport drop-off charges myself, which should have been clearly included or communicated upfront.
Overall, the lack of organisation, poor communication, and unexpected costs made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting a smooth and professional meet & greet.”

“Exceptional service and great price - what more could you ask for. We booked meet and greet and were arriving the day before a morning flight so staying at a local hotel overnight. On calling to advise estimated arrival time the driver offered to collect the car from our hotel - this was more convenient for us so was fab. On return to the UK everything went smoothly and our car was waiting for us when we got to the meeting point 10 minutes after we called. Would highly recommend Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet.”
