“Good service but surprised we had to pay pick up/drop off fee (can't remember seeing this in the booking details) plus had to wait 30 mins at arrivals for car to be brought round.”

I have always found them to be on the ball, courteous and prepared to go out of their way to make the meet and greet experience the best it can. On one occasion I was running late due to a puncture.
