“Overall it was a good service, the staff that met us at the car park on arrival and departutre were helpful and friendly.
Communication about where to park and how to organise collection was very good. The service was also good value for rmoney.
My only critiism is that I had to pay an unexpected £15 fee for parking in the short stay car park where the vehical was collected from and delivered to (£7.50 each time). This was not made clear at the time of booking and increased the cost by nearly 20%”
“Misunderstanding on where to drop vehicle off and where to pick it up was told I should have dropped it at Heathrow drop off rather than in the car park then was told to pick up at Heathrow drop off but actually picked up in the car park”
“very impressed with the service. The driver made it very easy for us. We was able to leave the car at the drop off point and on return the driver met us at the drop off point so we didn't have to go all the way over to the car park to drop off and collect the car. Would definetly use this service again”
