“As a first-time customer, it all went very smoothly. A single contact number can always be busy, but on both departure and return my messages were picked up, and I was contacted when necessary. Very smooth return, as no requirement to return to the car park drop-off location. They park the cars about 9 miles away from the terminal. All-round good experience, quicker than using a Heathrow long stay car park.”
