They were easy to communicate, I had booked out and back into terminal 5 but a change meant I was going out via terminal 3, it was just easy to sort

Great service from start to finish. The guys rang us before we arrived at heathrow. And then again the same when we literally stepped off the plane. Almost faultless. Feel a receipt when handing over your car key to the driver like other meet and greet outfits could make it 100% without this,I did think once or twice 'have we just been scammed' Great stuff though guys!

The service was exceptional totally seamless polite helpful and professional will only ever use Edward Lloyd’s for every future trip. Can not recommend this service more! Added bonus Tesco vouchers can be used!

Great service with very helpful and courteous staff and I would recommend this company for meet and greet airport service

The drivers were late to both bookings by at least 10 minutes each time even though we were early to each of the bookings (and called ahead early). Although the flexibility of the service is nice, the lack of information on procedures and where the vehicle is stored did not fill me with confidence which is not what you want when leaving your car on holiday. This was the cheapest option when we looked but the added cost of paying for the short stay car park (£7.50 each way) plus the ULEZ (£12.50 each day) made this more expensive. This is obviously not the fault of the company but something to bear in mind. Overall my car was not damaged and came back to with the service being complete but it did not fill me with much confidence.

I had two bookings one for Edward Lloyd and the other with MBW. I was suprised when I arrived that I had to pay the car park charge, for teh chap to take my vehicle out of the car park to the storage place yet my daughter in her vehicle, arriving at the same time with a other booking with MBW did not have to pay. On my return I was given the car parking ticket and had to pay for the exit, again my daughter had her ticket paid for. These additional chages of £15 in total were not in the information APH sent and I dont understand why the service was so different to the MBW My conclusion is that the staff are either on a fiddle or Edward Lloyd have a policy that is different to MBW and not explained in teh detais - I would welcome your comments
